The house offers accommodation for 10+2 people with 4 doubles, and a twin room with an additional sofa bed, all with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It has full central heating and double glazing, a new fully fitted kitchen diner with underfloor heating, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas with log burning stoves in feature inglenooks. There is a new 6 person outdoor hot tub, as well as a  4 person indoor sauna and drying room, off road parking and a BBQ area and herb garden.

We also provide cleaning materials, bin bags, tin foil and cling film, in fact we try to think of all the little things to make your stay as comfortable as we possibly can. With a patio and barbecue area right outside the door, we have everything to make this an enjoyable stay.

The Snug
This is fast becoming the favourite room of the house, with its magnificent inglenook fireplace believed to have been there over 300 years, with its cast iron log burner. The snug is situated next to the kitchen and is just made for relaxing by the fire, plenty of comfortable seating as well as a newly installed hifi system, and WIFI. The snug also houses the sofa bed.

TV Lounge
Again a very comfortable living space with yet another inglenook fireplace and log burner. Relax on the leather chesterfield sofas and watch your favourite soaps on the telly.

Sauna Room
4 Person Classic Infrared Sauna
Designed as a centre piece for any home, this sauna will deliver a healthy option to exercise.

Utility Room
It does rain in Wales sometimes, and so this room may be one of the smallest in the house but is invaluable. Housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying racks, underfloor heating again – great for drying those boots out.

Private Patio area with hot tub - Saving the best till last
The 6 person hot tub is situated at the back of the house, completely private.
So relaxing, just sit and stare up at the stars after a long day on the hills – or sightseeing, and soak away the blues.
