The property consists of the main building which has full planning permission for conversion and is over 30m long and 6m wide containing many beams, fireplaces and period details. Also included is a large colombage barn with the remains of an ancient cider press . At the back of the main house there is a beautiful stone built barn, again with exposed beams, which is in good condition and has previously been connected to both electric and water. At the side of this courtyard area there is the original bread oven , which is still in working order, and the rest of the building would provide useful storage. The original well is just beside the bread oven and has some of the old mechanics for lifting the water.
