Snowdon House is situated in the heart of Snowdonia in the Llanberis Pass, just by the village of Nant Peris with it's welcoming pub serving Real Ales with log fires and good food, and is the perfect place to explore the Snowdonia National Park. With the mountains on your doorstep, the Miners Track and the Snowdon Horseshoe are only minutes away, and the finest climbing, scrambling and walking are just a short stroll from the house. The public footpath that takes you to the Glyders, Brisley Ridge and Tryfan starts just 100m from Snowdon House and all the top ten attractions of North Wales are only a short drive away. Snowdon Cottage is located in Llanberis in the Snowdonia National Park and enjoys a peaceful location yet is only 300m from the shops, restraunts and pubs along the high street. Padarn Country Park, Snowdon Mountain Railway, The National Slate Museum, Electric Mountain as well as fishing, climbing, mountain biking and canoeing are all within walking distance. If you can drag yourself away from the mountains, most of the top ten North Wales tourist attractions are within 15 miles. After a great day you can relax in the welcoming atmosphere of the nearby local pub and enjoy a meal in front of the warm glow of an open fire.
