If you are after a beautiful house in a stunning location this is the place for you. The views from every window are breathtaking; on a clear day you can see the top of Snowdon from the front of the house. Recently refurbished in a modern style the house still manages to retain its farmhouse charm; the log burner makes the living area particularly cosy of an evening. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and fully equipped. There is also a patio area and barbecue at the back of the property if you are lucky enough to enjoy good weather during your stay. The local pub serving food is a mere 10 minute stroll. The property is an ideal base for a walking holiday around Snowdon or for those who want to explore further afield (Anglesey is a 20 min drive). Our family of 4 (two small children under 5) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Snowdon House and hope to return next year with the grandparents.

We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children. The owners were very helpfull. The house is equipped with all that you need. Its just as the photos are shown in the advert. It has a great Sun patio..perfect for cooling off on the day after your trek. Its a good location if you want to climb snowdon as the sherpa bus stops just outside the house so can avoid car parking charges at Peny-pass. Shops are 3 miles down in LLanberis so will need the car for that. Will definitely go again.

Had a fantastic break in this lovely cottage Recently renovated with a good finish. Decor very tasteful.Very clean and a good standard of amenities. .The owner called by to check everything was ok and had also left us a bottle of wine. The decking out the back with garden furniture and bbq is amazing, especially as we had sunny weather., and is due to have a hot tub , Can't
wait! Would definitely return!

Snowdon House is beautiful located right between the mountains of Snowdonia. A lot of opportunities of places to visit as well for children as for grown ups :-). 
Llanberies is nearby with a smal Spar-Supermarket. House is well equipped (especially the kitchen) and two bathrooms give enough space for everybody.

Have just enjoyed another holiday at Snowdon House and can not believe the changes - Fantastic hot tub on the back patio – it was champagne at midnight, gazing up at the stars – just a perfect way to celebrate my 40th. Theres also a sauna now – just great after a hard days trekking on the hills. The new extension is out of this world – a new bathroom, and utility room, the snug lounge is so unbelievably inviting  we could’nt get over it, and the new kitchen diner is to die for. Anne and Jim – you have excelled yourselves – we will definetely be back in 2012 – thanks for the welcome

Snowing outside – did we care??
The hot tub was fantastic – up to our ears in hot water and snow falling on our heads - Such a wonderful experience. The house was lovely and warm and had everything you could want in a holiday home. Jim and Anne – you have surpassed yourselves.
