The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people, in 3 double bedrooms. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge area with an open log fire. Patio and garden to the front, and a gravelled off road parking area at the back.
Bedroom 1 The first floor main bedroom boasts a King size bed and superb views over Lake Padarn and the surrounding mountains.
Bedroom 2 Again a first floor bedroom with double bed, boastig views over to the lake.
Bedroom 3 This is a ground floor bedroom with double bed.
Bathroom With full size bath and overhead shower, toilet and vanity area on the first floor.
Living room Comfortable seating and an open log / coal fireplace. Freeview TV and DVD, selection of books, DVD’s and boardgames.
Kitchen With electric cooker, fridge freezer, and washing machine. microwave, toaster and kettle, iron and ironing board. – this kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals after a hard day on the hills – or sightseeing.
Patio area There is a patio area at the front of the house with benches and a table – ideal for an evening barbecue, and an enclosed sunken garden.
Parking We have the luxury of private off road parking for up to 3 cars – this is almost unheard of in Llanberis where double yellow lines abound. Also a shed that can house cycles, canoes etc.
