The second-highest of the Glyderau mountains, Glyder Fach is famous for the unique rock formation that looks a little bit like it was constructed by aliens. Castell y Gwynt, ( Castle of the winds ) is a spiky rock collection towards the top, and the Cantilever Stone a natural phenomenon straight out of Disney. Glyder Fach isn’t the easiest of Snowdon’s mountains to climb, but those who dare, you are in for a photographic treat.
